Sedger’s Bank

It is only possible to see the entire nature reserve during the lowest tides of the year, as much of it is below the high water mark and is frequently covered by sea water. The reserve is an ideal place to discover barnacles, mussels, whelk and beadlet anemone sheltering within the limestone rocks. You may even spot a grey seal as it takes time out of the water.
